1. Acceptance

By using GymnasticsUS (“the Site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Directory listings

Gym listings are compiled from public sources and gym owner submissions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Always verify details directly with a gym before enrolling.

Gym owners are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that contains false or misleading information.

3. Parent inquiries

When you submit a contact form on a gym's profile, your information is forwarded to that gym. We are not responsible for how gym owners use or respond to that information. Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., financial data, medical records) through our inquiry form.

4. Gym owner accounts

Gym owners who claim a listing represent that they are authorized representatives of that gym. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscription fees are charged in advance. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false or fraudulent gym information
• Claiming a listing you are not authorized to manage
• Using the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without permission
• Interfering with the Site's operation or security

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymnasticsUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing information.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
